Westchase
At Westchase, a full spectrum of leisure and recreational opportunities abound, right in your own Backyard. This master-planned community adds a new dimension to northwest Tampa. Set apart from the nearby, growing urban centers the community is gently placed amid the natural beauty of its lake and woodland setting. The community is divided into sixteen villages, each with a distinctive personality. Westchase has an elementary and a middle school within its boundary. Westchase has two large recreational facilities for the exclusive use of association members and their guests. The Westchase Swim & Tennis Center has a large swimming pool which is heated in the winter, tennis courts and a large meeting/activity room.
The Village Swim & Tennis Club, located in West Park Village has a large swimming pool and tennis courts. The association designs formal programs at both facilities. The programs include instruction in swimming and tennis, structured exercise activities, summer day camps, dance lessons and other activities.
There are two community parks located inside the boundaries of Westchase. Baybridge and Glencliff Parks. Both parks may be reserved for parties or functions.
Westchase always seems to go above and beyond and it definitely shows when it comes to providing convenience for the residents of Westchase. West Park Village Town Center featuring retail shops, cafes, and professional offices, situated around a 3-acre village green with parks and fountains, is a popular stop for Westchasers.
The Westchase Square retail center includes a dry cleaner and an array of other shops and restaurants. There are two daycare/preschools centrally located within Westchase, Kids R Kids and the Primrose School. St. Joseph’s Baptist Health Care Center is a 27,00 Sq.Ft. Facility which includes a diagnostic center, medical offices and a women’s health boutique.
